This year's showcase was PHENOMENAL. From the exterior, 2935 Pacific Avenue, San Francisco, has a pronounced contemporary feel. The classical French limestone facade present a warm and welcoming feel that creates a modern, yet classic exterior that looks timeless and uniquely distinctive.

As we entered, we were told by the person scanning our tickets, to start at the rooftop and make our way down since the exit was at the bottom floor. It was a perfect recommendation. We went up and as soon as we walked out into the rooftop, we were blown away by the views. On one side it was a city view and on the other the bay. Very large rooftop for a San Francisco home, as it had a hot tub area, multiple sitting areas, and even an indoor bar + entertainment room.

The bar + entertainment room (designed by JKA Design) was colorful, vibrant and so fun. The more I stood there, the more details I saw. The rounded blue sofa was a perfect choice. It unified the spaced without looking crowded or out of place. The art chosen was superb too, as it was vibrant, but not overwhelming.

There was a small bathroom off of the bar area. It was wonderfully lit and had a beautiful green tile sink. The warm orange lighting against the blue floral wallpaper was such a wonderful moment.

On the third floor, there were two kids' bedrooms (designed by L+P interiors) that shared a bathroom. The bathroom's cabinet was a deep and moody mauve color, while the countertop was a green-gray marble. The trim a medium toned blue-green that tied in the space so effortlessly. The variations of greens and purples were such a magnificent choice, as it gave a very youthful feel that was timeless and not overpowering nor intense.

While the master bedroom was classy, timeless and stunning -- the master bathroom by Lauren Berry was breathtaking. As soon as I entered the master bedroom I felt so overwhelmed by the beauty of it all, that I began to cry. Exceptional interior design does that - it evokes feelings beyond words.

The shower was one of the largest ones I've seen. It was feminine, delicate and elegant. The curved walls were a perfect touch too, as they made the shower space feel so inviting and private. The free standing bathtub was incredible as it sat in the middle of the room, looking so effortless and serene. It didn't have any color, texture or striking details but it was so gravitating. A functional sculpture.

I'll wrap up the indoor spaces with the Moroccan Mirage dining room by Julie Rootes Interiors. It was atmospheric, vibrant, and rich. The ambient lighting was perfect. The brass touches and the antique furniture were a perfect selection to have against the warm-toned draped fabrics. It's a space where candlelit evenings, late night talks, and lots of laughs will undoubtedly occur.

A moment for the light fixtures:

The entire showcase was truly so wonderfully established and designed. The outdoor spaces were some of the best I've ever seen. The gardens were so peaceful and alluring. I am truly in awe of this home. Truly an unforgettable experience.

Overall, such an amazing show -- thank you to all the designers, painters, contractors, and individuals that helped put this together.

If you attended this year's showcase, I'd love to know what you enjoyed most.
